I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Burden and his staff. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Dr. Burden. I had already seen two other plastic surgeons and knew quickly after meeting him he was the doctor I was going to use. The facility is gorgeous! His team is top notch! From his nurse Joan who is just the best to his OR and office staff everyone is awesome! My surgery went well and I had no complications recovering. My body looks amazing!! Dr. Burden’s attention to detail is mind blowing. I really believe he is incapable of doing an average job. He is going to do his absolute best which is what you want in a plastic surgeon. I never thought my body could look this good. I honestly am so thankful he is so good at what he does cause it shows in my results. I would never go anywhere else!

Just had my surgery with dr burden and he is a amazing dr. The pre-op nurse I believe her name is Lisa? Was a fantastic nurse!!! Super polite made me feel at ease… anesthesia dr. Was excellent… Joan is the best she knows her stuff… just a perfect experience… beautiful results dr burden!! I will not go no where else!!! Thank you all for being the best around…. Dr Burden operated on my eye lids because they were hanging down so far that I couldn't see. He did such a great job that my friend traveled from out of town to have him operate on her She is very pleased. She looks 30 years younger and is pleased and greatful. Another friend from PA is planning to travel down to see him as well since she loves how we both look.
Dr. Burden and his staff were so wonderful to work with!! Extremely happy!!

This facility definitely achieves a motto of above and beyond. Staff are very professional and available at all times to answer any questions and / or concerns. Most of all the end results are remarkable.

Successful procedure and the results are worth every penny. I would have preferred if I had been overly aware that you are often unhappy for 3 months after as things settle. There are few testimonials online to help reassure. But please give it the FULL suggested time for healing before you decide how you feel about it. I am so happy I chose to do this for myself!!

I have had 2 procedures at Destin Plastic surgery. With both procedures I had a great experience and I was very satisfied. All of the staff is very welcoming and kind. Everyone was very helpful and I am thankful for everything they did for me.

From my very first visit up to my Sherry yesterday!! The staff and Dr. We’re amazing so amazing!! Profession friendly and they listened to what I needed don’t!!! Thank you to the entire start!!
I’m 3 weeks post op today! Breast lift and implants. I could not be more happy with my results!! Dr. Burden is the absolute best!!! I’m 46 years old tomorrow and have been wanting this for at least 20 years. Lol. I’ve had 3 children and breastfed all of them. I’m so excited with my results!!! I originally asked for more cc’s and I’m super thankful he recommended less. He told me they would be big enough with my breast tissue and 360 cc. He was so right!!! They’re perfect!!! I highly recommend Dr. Burden! ♥️♥️
Dr. Burden and Joan Pleat are AMAZING!!!! I have gotten a breast augmentation in 2006, a lift and reduction in 2022, and a facelift also in 2022. Unbelievable bedside manner, very professional, tells you exactly what to expect. I would not trust or go anywhere else. It only been 3 weeks and I am so pleased with my results already. Recovery is different for everyone, but even with being still a little swollen, I feel great and it is healing beautifully. Thank you so much!!!!

Dr Burden was friendly and personable. He made me feel at ease with my upcoming surgery and informed me indepth what the procedure would be. He was positive and encouraging and took time to make sure I felt good about the procedure. After surgery, he and his staff took extra time to make sure I was healing properly and satisfied with the results.

I had a fantastic experience using Dr. Burden for my surgery. I had lost 160 lbs and had a large bit of excess skin that needed corrected. Dr. Burden explained everything up front and answered any questions I had. He also helped me to understand what to expect from the surgery to ensure my expectations were realistic before I did anything. I had also asked about multiple procedures and he strongly recommended NOT trying to do too much at one time. I understood this much better after my first procedure. So based on my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Burden to anyone considering this type of surgery.
I am only 1 week post op and am so happy with my results although they are not final. The staff has been very helpful. I had 650 cc full profile silicone breast implant.

Dr.Burden and Joan were amazing through out my time at Destin plastic surgery. I was pretty nervous going in but was completely confident I was getting the best service before I went back and I did I am so happy with my results the whole staff there is fantastic they have helped me so much.
Dr. Burden and his staff were excellent in all my needs. After all my procedures Joan made sure I understood everything and kept me informed and always called me back when I had any questions or needs and followed up to make sure I was alright.

Dr. Burden and his staff were amazing! I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my procedure and would recommend them to anyone. My nurse, Joan Pleat, was very friendly and made me feel like a friend instead of a patient. Dr. Burden also took extra time during preop planning to make me comfortable with my surgical decisions and answer any questions I might have.
On 5/12/2016 I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the back and flanks. I just had my before and after pictures completed this week and I am completely astonished at my results. Dr. Burden was a wealth of knowledge regarding what procedures I needed to meet my expectations. I felt 100% comfortable from the time I made my consultation appointment to today, that this was the right choice for me. I am a young mother of 2 children, and I just wanted to feel right again. Dr. Burden, Joan, and his staff did just that. Joan was very informative on what would be happening before and after my procedures. I would recommend Dr. Burden and his facility to anyone whom asks.
I had my breast implants removed on June 30, 2016 and had an incredible experience from start to finish including a caring staff, an incredible surgical center and the best part was this...when I went in for my consultation, Dr. Burden recommended explant surgery and discouraged getting a lift immediately to allow healing for 3 months. If at that stage I still wanted a lift, we could revisit. Dr. Burden made the best recommendation for me instead of the easy and lucrative one. Best doctor EVER!
