I would highly recommend them. They did Lipo with a BBL and I feel amazing and look fantastic.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Destin Plastic Surgery, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff embodies a genuine kindness and nurturing attitude. Throughout my consultation, Dr. Burden and his team were incredibly attentive to my concerns. I had MANY questions about the procedure I was considering, and they took the time to answer each question thoroughly, ensuring I felt informed and confident in my decisions. Their willingness to listen and provide detailed explanations gave me tremendous peace of mind. What truly stood out was the compassionate spirit that was evident throughout the entire office. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, was friendly and supportive, creating an environment that felt far more caring than clinical. I was worried that they could not do much with my wider trunk and small droopy chest. Boy was I wrong! With a bit of lipo and implants I'm now able to fill out my bras better when I wear them to work and super excited with the ability to go without on my days off. No more droop and the head lights are back in the right spot. The staff was very helpful and very interested in my recovery and results. They answered every question quickly and got me in for a face to face when there might have been an issue. The doctor was very tentative and was excited with the results. He can chalk this one up to a win!. I look forward to working with everyone again when I'm ready to tackle my next problem spot.
Dr. Burden and his team are the most caring and skilled medical personnel I have ever worked with. They genuinely care about their patients, pre, during, and post op. I could not recommend this facility enough.

She is gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every step of the process so I always knew what to expect. My skin has truly never looked or felt better! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also warm, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Burden and his staff. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional — every detail was handled with care and precision. This is a very busy practice, yet the entire team still finds a way to provide personalized attention. Delaina, RN, offers clear and professional guidance. She genuinely wants the best for her patients and doesn’t sugarcoat what’s needed for a successful outcome. Her bedside manner and attention to detail are outstanding. Brandy is incredibly helpful and efficient, and the pre-op/PACU RNs, Aubri and Rachel, were phenomenal — kind, caring, and attentive throughout. Beth, the CRNA, was very professional and instantly put me at ease, making me feel completely confident that I was in good hands. Lastly, Dr. Burden himself is a genius — a true sculptor and artist. I couldn’t be more grateful for his skill, vision, and the entire team’s compassionate care.

Dr. Burden and his staff are excellent. I’m happy with my results and would 100% recommend using Destin Plastic surgery for any cosmetic needs. Clinic Matches Demographic Area. I got liposuction of the back (Upper lower and flanks) with dr. Burden. Pro: it was close to my residence. He seems to care and is honest about possible outcome Con: i feel like this office is more geared toward a certain demographic. Before and during my procedure I felt uneasy. About outcome and care. The office is full of blonde hair , blue eye, size 1 beautiful women. Not seeing someone who looked like me behind the desk or even in the photo gallery of work can truly make a POC feel uneasy. Care and feeling not only heard but understood is what alot of us look for. I went ahead and got the procedure anyways. I was quoted 4,240 for this with the 560$ discount from date deposit and consultation fee (another con). It's been 2weeks and recovery was rough. Ended up refilling my pain meds due to the pain (not uncomfortable, PAIN) . Results look good. However i wish this was something that could've been done with my TT in scheduled a few weeks out from this one. He doesn't not recommend combining due to Florida lipo law, and he doesn't not recommend massages or fajas. He sends you home in most procedures in just a flimsy binder. Overall I'd rate them a 4 out of 5. The nurse are great with answering questions, and I am happy with my results, however I feel like aftercare and presentation of this company can definitely use and upgrade. Dr Burden did an incredible job on both my breast lift and my upper bleph surgery this past august. Joan is exceptional nurse and super helpful, during both pre and post op. So happy with my choice to go to DPS.

Dr. Burden was very personable and professional at every appointment. He was recommended by other colleagues in the field. My procedure was done endoscopic through the axilla. To this day they are amazing! I could probably use a breast lift now that it’s been 30 years, but even without the lift my breasts are gorgeous!! Thank you Dr. Burden!!!

"More than I could have ever asked for." I came to Dr. Burden for a rhinoplasty revision, hoping to correct a previous surgery performed by a different doctor that hadn't met my expectations. 5'4, 123lbs & was a 32A cup before my BA! 1 day post-op 485cc SSF I am keeping my journey updated with you all because I wish someone with my size and my petite"ness" would have done the same! So hopefully this helps out someone that's petite. I am 5'4 123lbs was a 32A cup before my BA!

The entire staff was amazing throughout the process. Dr Burden did an amazing job and the results were even better than expected. Nurse Joan was great and very knowledgeable. The surgery staff was so amazing, they were very kind and caring. I was very nervous and they helped me feel more comfortable while I waited for my surgery time. I 100% recommend Dr Burden and his staff.
Dr. Burden replaced my 20 year old saline implants with silicone this past July. I never thought I would be so in love with my breast! I know that sounds silly but I can’t go to a mirror now without taking a look, they are gorgeous! I met with Dr. Burden this past June 2022 and we discussed my wants and don’t wants. He instantly put me at ease. He knew exactly what I needed to achieve the look I wanted. When he mentioned 745cc implants, I’ll be honest, that size made me nervous. But he assured me for my size and build, 5”6 size 6, they would give me the look I wanted. He gave me the yummy fullness on top as well as brought them closer together. I’m still a 34DD, did not change bra sizes. Which really throws me for a loop because they do look much, much different. I know four other women who have used Dr. Burden for augmentation and lifts and they are all extremely happy with results as well. Now to brag on the staff! They are amazing! The day of my surgery they calmed my nerves, I did not want for anything. After returning home I could call with any questions and they were quick to answer the phone and answer any questions I had. The office is beautiful and extremely clean as well. Plus it’s in destin, what else could you want?! Just do yourself a favor book the consultation with Dr. Burden, meet the staff and you’ll know you’re in good hands. Thank you Dr. Burden & staff❤️
THANK YOU Dr.Burden, for transforming not only my physical appearance, but helping me regain my confidence! Dr. Burden is truly GIFTED! My results are more perfect than I ever expected. After years of breast feeding I had deflated, sagging 'pancake' breasts. I had a breast augmentation with a lift 3 months ago. My breasts look better now than they did in my 20's! Joan was my nurse from day one, and was attentive, and encouraging during the healing process! Like having a personal post-op coach! The other nurse who recently joined the team (I don't recall her name) was very caring also! Natalie, was my first contact (care coordinator I believe) and I could 'see' her smile through the phone! Surgery day was seamless, and every step was well explained. Dr. Burden and the OR staff really made me feel at ease. I don't normally write many reviews, but since surgery is such a HUGE decision I needed to share my positive experience. I read many reviews before choosing Dr. Burden. I could not be happier with my decision and my result! So happy with everything he did - actually feel sexy naked again Dr Burden did a 50 year makeover for me. From the moment I walked in his office I felt welcome. He was so down to earth and spent time going over everything I wanted. He performed 2 procedures, full trunk liposuction and 8 weeks later an implant exchange and scar revision. I cried when I looked in the mirror after it was complete. They were tears of joy!! I am so happy with everything he did and actually feel sexy naked again! Not only is he wonderful but his staff is equally as wonderful. I would recommend anyone looking to have work done to call his office. The wait is well worth it and there is a reason he is busy!
Fixed me up following hematoma & fall after breast lift I had a fall after my breast lift and ended up with a hematoma on my right side. Joan and Dr. Burden took such excellent care of me and fixed me right up! My breasts look amazing and I am so thankful to them for their excellent care!
