Dr Burden is a miracle worker. He gave me more than I hoped for. Joan helped me feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable. I also appreciated the care I received from the nurse in pre-op. I wish I could remember her name. I would recommend this team highly.

Destin Plastic Surgery is AMAZING. Doctor Burden and staff made the whole process easy and comfortable during my consultation and surgery. In March, I got a breast augmentation and have had ZERO issues. I love how natural they look and I get plenty of compliments:) I recommend this surgery center, doctor, and team to everyone. Great experience all around, from start to finish. I was really nervous about my breast augmentation, but Dr. Burden is very knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Dr. Burden!

The entire staff was amazing throughout the process. Dr Burden did an amazing job and the results were even better than expected. Nurse Joan was great and very knowledgeable. The surgery staff was so amazing, they were very kind and caring. I was very nervous and they helped me feel more comfortable while I waited for my surgery time. I 100% recommend Dr Burden and his staff.
Dr. Bill is such a wonderful person and doctor! He explains things in a genuine and friendly manner. I always feel informed, and he is patient with me each and every visit to ensure I am comfortable and leave feeling happy and secure in my decisions! I drive 3 hours to see him each visit because there is no one else I feel is this talented, kind and knowledgeable. The staff is equally friendly and always uses my Alle account without me even asking. Dr Burden and his staff were amazing. On my surgery day the OR staff and CRNA were great at making sure everything went smoothly, explained everything step by step so we knew what to expect pre/post op. Joan listened to all my concerns and questions at all my post op appts and reassured me that my healing process was going great! I couldn’t have asked for a better team! I had a facial with Sally and it was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and it was relaxing as well.
I knew I wanted a breast augmentation, and after speaking with numerous people, I chose Dr. Burden and his staff. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and just all around THE BEST! This was my first time having surgery, and it was a great experience. Everything has turned out perfect. Hands down the best! To say that I'm in love with my results would be an understatement!
My experience with Dr Burden and his staff has always been first class. Joan is always so helpful and always explains each procedure so you know exactly what is going to happen… No surprises. Let this staff and surgeon keep you beautiful!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Burden knew exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy with my results! The no scar technique is incredible and the staff is incredible. After several year of disliking the looks of my upper arms I decided to take the step and have Brachioplasty. Destin Plastic Surgery was amazing! Every question I had pre/post operative was answered in a professional yet caring manner. I am thrilled with my results and my only regret is that I didn’t do this earlier.

Dr. Burden was absolutely amazing! He did such a great job with my surgery and my recovery was flawless! He made me feel very comfortable and was always professional! I will never go anywhere other than Destin and highly recommend Dr. Burden to anyone else.
Consultation was very state of the art with digital renderings. Surgery center is very clean. Quick procedure. Had breast lift and augmentation. Results were great and everything explained by the staff. All follow up appointments were punctual and staff always was very professional. Recovery time was minimum and scar free.
