Dr Burden was friendly and personable. He made me feel at ease with my upcoming surgery and informed me indepth what the procedure would be. He was positive and encouraging and took time to make sure I felt good about the procedure. After surgery, he and his staff took extra time to make sure I was healing properly and satisfied with the results.

I used Dr. Burden and Destin Plastic Surgery for post weight loss surgery. Dr. Burden was excellent but I have separately posted a review for him. But I also want to say that his entire staff did everything they could to ensure I had the best possible experience. Especially his nurse Joan. Joan in my opinion went above and beyond. She ensured if I had any questions that they were answered, she made sure my appointments happened like clockwork and did everything she could to ensure my comfort with the procedures. Great Surgeon, great nurse, great staff, great facility. Dr Burden listened to me and was straight forward with his recommendations. In a consultation with another plastic surgeon, he had recommended several surgeries. Dr Burden did not try to up sell me. I am very pleased with the results of my liposuction and breast augmentation.
Dr Burden has an excellent reputation not only in the Destin area, but also in the Southeast! I don't know why haters have to spread their hate over the internet.

So far, I am thrilled with my facial surgery. Dr. Burden has given me the look I wanted -- natural and not at all overdone. I have received many compliments, even from other medical professionals. He has a wonderful personality and a way of putting one at ease, before and after surgery. His nurse, Joan, was extremely responsive and helpful, and has the same easy manner. I could not be happier.
My experience with Dr. Burden and the entire staff, including the surgery center, was a very positive experience. Always kept well informed and the end results were more than what I expected. I live in Pensacola and the drive is a bit of a hassle but well worth it based on the outcome of my procedure.

I had two procedures done end of 2012 by Doctor Burden "Destin Plastic Surgery" I had a breast augmentation in November right before my birthday and liposuction of my hips a few days before Christmas. I couldn't be anymore happy with how great i felt after the procedures and my quick healing process Dr. Burdens, his team and Nurse Jone would be my pick for any kind of procedures in the future and they are the only plastic surgeon team I would ever recommend! They will tell you what you need to know and would be happy to explain if you don't understand. Nurse Jone is wonderful as well she isn't ruff while u are at the least bit sore very gentle and she is the sweetest to call back right away if u ever have a question. I had two procedures performed by Dr. Burden in December of 2012. Both went wonderfully! The staff has been super helpful, too. They made sure I knew what I could and could not do. OMG! Dr. Burden is the absolute best!
