The entire staff was amazing throughout the process. Dr Burden did an amazing job and the results were even better than expected. Nurse Joan was great and very knowledgeable. The surgery staff was so amazing, they were very kind and caring. I was very nervous and they helped me feel more comfortable while I waited for my surgery time. I 100% recommend Dr Burden and his staff.
Dr. Bill is such a wonderful person and doctor! He explains things in a genuine and friendly manner. I always feel informed, and he is patient with me each and every visit to ensure I am comfortable and leave feeling happy and secure in my decisions! I drive 3 hours to see him each visit because there is no one else I feel is this talented, kind and knowledgeable. The staff is equally friendly and always uses my Alle account without me even asking. I have never felt more beautiful and confident thanks to this center’s professionalism and care with each of my visits!

Dr Burden and his staff were amazing. On my surgery day the OR staff and CRNA were great at making sure everything went smoothly, explained everything step by step so we knew what to expect pre/post op. Joan listened to all my concerns and questions at all my post op appts and reassured me that my healing process was going great! I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Highly recommend Destin Plastics Surgery Center!

I had a facial with Sally and it was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and it was relaxing as well.
I knew I wanted a breast augmentation, and after speaking with numerous people, I chose Dr. Burden and his staff. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and just all around THE BEST! This was my first time having surgery, and it was a great experience. Everything has turned out perfect. Hands down the best! To say that I'm in love with my results would be an understatement!
My experience with Dr Burden and his staff has always been first class. Joan is always so helpful and always explains each procedure so you know exactly what is going to happen… No surprises. Let this staff and surgeon keep you beautiful!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Burden knew exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy with my results! The no scar technique is incredible and the staff is incredible. After several year of disliking the looks of my upper arms I decided to take the step and have Brachioplasty. Destin Plastic Surgery was amazing! Every question I had pre/post operative was answered in a professional yet caring manner. I am thrilled with my results and my only regret is that I didn’t do this earlier.

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Burden and his staff. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Dr. Burden. I had already seen two other plastic surgeons and knew quickly after meeting him he was the doctor I was going to use. The facility is gorgeous! His team is top notch! From his nurse Joan who is just the best to his OR and office staff everyone is awesome! My surgery went well and I had no complications recovering. My body looks amazing!! Dr. Burden’s attention to detail is mind blowing. I really believe he is incapable of doing an average job. He is going to do his absolute best which is what you want in a plastic surgeon. I never thought my body could look this good. I honestly am so thankful he is so good at what he does cause it shows in my results. I would never go anywhere else!

Just had my surgery with dr burden and he is a amazing dr. The pre-op nurse I believe her name is Lisa? Was a fantastic nurse!!! Super polite made me feel at ease… anesthesia dr. Was excellent… Joan is the best she knows her stuff… just a perfect experience… beautiful results dr burden!! I will not go no where else!!! Thank you all for being the best around…. Dr Burden operated on my eye lids because they were hanging down so far that I couldn't see. He did such a great job that my friend traveled from out of town to have him operate on her She is very pleased. She looks 30 years younger and is pleased and greatful. Another friend from PA is planning to travel down to see him as well since she loves how we both look.
Dr. Burden and his staff were so wonderful to work with!! Extremely happy!!

Dr Burden was friendly and personable. He made me feel at ease with my upcoming surgery and informed me indepth what the procedure would be. He was positive and encouraging and took time to make sure I felt good about the procedure. After surgery, he and his staff took extra time to make sure I was healing properly and satisfied with the results.
